We can arrange for a guide to take you or your group on a historical tour of the nearby town of “El Realejo”, approximately 25 minutes away from the Hotel. The history and legends make this town a “pirates pass over”. In this town they are still discovering gold coins from the days of the pirates. The guide could then take you or your group to the beach at “Paso Caballos”, approximately 30 minutes from Chinandega, for a relaxing time or eating at one of the beach side restaurants. You may also visit the nearby beach and Port of Corinto, were you can take a private boat ride of the entire bay or to one of the nearby islands.

We can also arrange for a trekking adventure of the “San Cristobal” volcano and discover the natural beauty of Nicaragua. The San Cristobal Volcano is approximately 20 kilometers from Chinandega and is the tallest volcano in Nicaragua with a height of 5,725 feet (1,745 meters).

From the top of the volcano you can get an exciting view of the entire area and has been said that you can actually see the country of El Salvador.
